REALTOR® Professional Designations

A registered trade name that may only be used by members of the National Association of Realtors®, an organization with over 700,000 members who represent all branches of the real estate industry. In addition, they are members the of Georgia Association of Realtors®, as well as a local board of Realtors®, and have pledged to abide by NAR's Code of Ethics ensuring competent and ethical service for their customers and clients.

Certified Residential Specialist

CRS designees are recognized for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes, and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing. Designees are members of the Residential Sales Council, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®.

Graduate, Realtor® Institute

GRI is a national education program which is administered at the state level through The Georgia Association of Realtors®. Graduates are recognized nationwide for competence and expertise.

Accredited Buyer Representative

Realtors®who hold the ABR designation devote all or part of their business to the practice of buyer agency. This designation is offered through The National Association of Realtors® Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).
